  • Transfer One way From OR to  Suvarnabhumi Airport 150 Baht per room (per trip)e.g. If one room requires 2 Separate transfers from airport at different times, thus 2 x 150 Bt charges are applicable. If one room requires 1 transfer from airport, thus 150 Bt is payable.
  • American Breakfast 120 Baht per person. Children (4 - 10 years) 60 Bt per child.
  • Restaurant is open from 07:00 to 00:00
  • Cots are available on request for our younger visitors.

Terms and conditions:

  • Please note that a booking is a contractual agreement. We have a 7 day cancellation policy, cancellation within 7 days of your arrival date will result in a charge equal to the full value of 1 nights stay - no exceptions. Any amendments made within 7 days of arrival resulting in a cancelation of a service (including changing room type) will not be eligible for reinbursement of that service.

  • All tariffs include Government tax and service charges.

  • A no show will be charged for the full amount of one night's stay.

  • Refunds for paid bookings (not incl. 4% credit card surcharge) on this website will be minus the transfer (bank/credit card) costs associated with sending the money to the customers account. Refunds will be credited only to the original purchasing credit card.
  • We don't offer refunds for breakfast or transfers that are included in the booking deal.

  • In case of a cancellation of Bookings made on this website we only accept cancellations by the following methods, Plase contact us As Soon As Possible via Email - info@queensgardenresort.net or by Fax: +66 (0) 2 172 6114 Only. Cancellations cannot be accepted by Telephone via Reception

  • Pre-payment Online Bookings via our Website: If the credit card holder is not checking in (or is not checking in first) we will need the PASSPORT ID page of the credit card holder to verify the booking (please email to us). Failure to adhere to this may result in the Hotel needing to take additional measures to verify the reservation and/or your reservation may not be honoured by the Hotel

  • Maximum Person Occupancy per room are shown in the Room Configuration in the above section.

  • Any comments from the guest (in the booking voucher) are by request only and have not been guaranteed.

  • Deluxe Rooms are in Building 2/3 and don't have river views.

  • To follow a correct complaints procedure, any dissatisfaction of the property reserved must be communicated to us during a stay. We cannot assist in any dispute for complaints that are advised only upon return.

  • Children are deemed as 10 years or under.

  • Occupants Definition: - Occupants defines number of Adults & children per room - Single room = 1 Adult + 1 Child; Double/Twin = 2 adults + 2 children & Triple room = 3 adults + 2 Children.

  • Pets: We do not accept pets. Certified Blind Guests accompanied with their guide dog is acceptable.

  • Connecting Rooms - In the unlikely event of a double booking, paid bookings via this website will have priority. If there is no availability, we reserve the right to accomodate guests in alternative rooms(Double or twin rooms)as close as possible to each other.

  • Day Rooms - Are priced the same as our nightly rates - Day Room times from 06:00 - 23:59 Daily (Day Rooms are subject to availability)

  • Extra Bed - consists of a rollaway bed

  • Our booking forms are all checked and accredited and fit for the purpose. The guest (or individual making the booking)is fully responsible for the accuracy for content of their booking details submission - we accept no responsibility for any error(s) made by the guest(or individual making the booking).

  • Queen's Garden Resort act only as an agent for Limousine Services and will therefore have to disclaim responsibility for any loss, damages accidents, change of schedule, or other irregularities caused or arising from circumstances beyond their control.

  • These Terms and Conditions may be changed from time to time.

  • For Bookings, we dont offer call back services. Booking confirmations will be made online. please provide valid email address.
